Posture, Mindfulness, Sport Specific

The Students choose an outcome

  • Choose one thing you want to achieve in sport, school and home in the next 8 weeks
  • Agreement – mini contract as part of the completion of program process for the students to feel a sense of achievement
  • End of Program – children receive a certificate of completion

WEEKLY OUTLINE

Week 1. Focusing on ball games and setting the scene

Week 2. Focusing Oztag, teamwork and battle ropes

Week 3. Focusing on soccer and upper/lower co-ordination movements

Week4. Focusing on completing the Beep Test

Week 5. Planning for Parent Week

Week 6. 40min game with parents cheering

Week 7. Yoga / Stretch

Week 8. Breathing Techniques / redo Beep Test / presentation
